More on today’s emerging theme of the future!
I read this article as well this week: https://www.chicagotribune.com/business/chi-mon-craftsman-swap-0615-jun15,0,1513297.story – where two software competitors exchanged senior consultants for 5 days as a way to encourage risk taking and explore innovation. Lots of possible downsides (the lawyers were incredulous), but perhaps a bellweather of the future of work?
